    规格:


        MLA可以分为单管型和双管型(配备气项回气臂)。 单管型MLA的尺寸为6英寸至16英寸(DN150至DN400),双管型MLA的尺寸为6英寸+ 3英寸,8英寸+ 4英寸,10英寸+ 6英寸,12英寸 + 8英寸,14英寸+ 8英寸及其他定制尺寸。

    关键部件-旋转接头

    Swivel Joint

        旋转接头的双滚道采用精密数控机床加工,并经过渗氮和液化处理。滚珠与旋转部件由GCr15制成,硬度为HRC60。密封件和旋转接头都由CCLPEC独立设计和生产,因此CCLPEC可以快速地为客户提供备件。

    关键部件-液压快速连接断开接头(QCDC)

    Hydraulic quick connect and disconnect coupler

       所有卡爪均由同一个双作用液压缸操作,以确保所有夹具可同时动作,保证在歧管上施加的力相等。独特的机械锁定装置,保证在液压失效的情况下,依旧可以通过每个挂钩组件上的弹簧杆将卡爪锁定在歧管上。


    关键部件-紧急脱离(ERC)

    Emergency release coupler

       ERC有两种类型,一种是单油缸型,另一种是双油缸型。 ERC的设计完全符合OCIMF标准。 单油缸型ERC由双球阀(DBV)和一个油缸组成,当报警激活时,气缸将驱动双球阀闭合并打开ERC抱箍。两段式ERC由双球阀(DBV)和两个气缸组成。首次报警时,DBV将由PLC控制的气缸关闭。当第二次报警时,ERC箍将由通过PLC控制的气缸打开。


    电液控制操作系统

       电液控制和操作系统包括液压动力单元、电磁阀单元和本地控制面板(控制柜)。

      通过操作控制柜上的按钮和开关,操作人员可以操作船舶装载臂。主要包括PLC,防爆接线盒,控制按钮,指示灯,或可选就地PMS显示。



    位置监控系统(PMS)

    Position Monitoring System

       在码头控制室中,操作员可以通过PMS位置监控系统实时监控观察船用卸料臂的实时状态。 该系统以三维模型的形式显示MLA的实时状态,记录位置信息和警报信息。控制室中包含管理系统,站点监视屏幕,显示屏和打印机。

    Package and Transport:

    The packaging often uses wooden boxes with plastic foam to reduce collisions of equipments during transportation. According to the size of equipment, air transport, container ship, bulk carrier, land transport and other transportation methods are selectable.

    Installation and Commissioning:

    Before delivery , customers will be invited to visit our factory for factory acceptance test (FAT). After confirming that product quality is qualified without any problem, products  will be packaged and shipped. After product is transported to site, there will be on-site acceptance test(SAT).


    On-site Training:

    After on-site intallation and acceptance is completed, the site operater will be trained in useing product.


    Repair and Maintenance:

    CCLPEC provides lifelong maintenance services for the product we sell. Any damage caused by quality of equipment during warranty period. CCLPEC will be responsible for free maintenance until quality meets requirements.


    Spare Parts:

    When signning contract, there will be optional two years spare parts list for customer to choose. Since CCLPEC has a complete spare parts production line of swivel joint and sealing ring, CCLPEC can quickly produce and send them to customer.

    What Is Marine Loading Arm:

    Marine loading arm is also called MLA, which is normally installed on jetty, such as oil jetty, LNG jetty, LPG jetty or other receiving and export terminal, to loading or unloading liquid/gas between vessels/tankers/oil carriers and onshore storage facility. MLA has corresponding type for different medium such as LNG marine loading arm, LPG marine loading arm, oil marine loading arm and other petrochemical marine loading arms.


    MLA Inspection and FAT(Final Acceptance Test):

    The FAT test includes inspections on electro-hydraulic system, locking, control function, balance, envelope range, retracting operation speed, appearance, ERC(Emergency release coupling) separation, etc. The entire test and inspection is processed fully complying with ISO16904 requirements and specifications. Section 9.4 of ISO16904 has specifically described operation and test requirements of marine loading arm FAT. CCLPEC will conducts complete process as required.

    How Dose Marine Loading Arm Work:

    Marine loading arm has electrical control parts. With pushing button on electric control cabinet or remote control, operator can control the movement of inboard arm and outboard arm, and connect QCDC(quick connect and disconnect coupling) to manifold flange of oil carrier.


    Types of Marine Loading Arm:

    Marine loading arm can be divided into two type: standard type and piggy-back type. The piggy-back marine loading arm has liquid arm and vapor return arm.


    The Difference Between Marine Loading Arm and Marine Loading Hose:

    Marine loading arm is construted by rigid pipe, has long service life, can achieved autometic docking.

    Marine Loading Arm Material:

    The material of marine loading arm is selected according to the liquid/gas that need to be loaded. Normally, for non-corrosive medium with room temperature, carbon steel is competent. For corrosive liquid or cryogenic liquid, the main pipeline is recommended to use SS316 and SS304.


    Marine Loading Arm Design Standard:

    CCLPEC Marine loading arm is designed according to OCIMF, ANSI, IEC, ATEX standards, and other standards according to project requirements.


    MLA Installation and Operation:

    1. CCLPEC will proviede Installation and Operation Manual.

    2. The installation of marine loading arm has two solutions:

    1) For marine loading arm smaller than or equal to 10 inch, integral installation can be processed. 4 sets of marine loading arm can be installed within one day.

    2) All marine loading arm can be installed section by section. 4 sets of marine loading arm can be installed within one week.

    3. During the production of marine loading arm, spare parts for start-up and commissioning will be prepared according to the requirement of client.


    How Soon Can Spare Parts of Marine Loading Arm be Provided:

    1. CCLPEC will stock up spare parts for every project.

    2. Since all key components are produced in CCLPEC workshop, all seals for replacement can be ready for delivery within one week.


    Marine Loading Arm after sale service:

    1) Quality guarantee: warranty period will be twelve (12) months after successful installation and commissioning or eighteen(18) months after delivery to site, whichever occur first.

    2) Any damage or failure caused by quality of equipment inside warranty period, will be maintained for free until euipment meets requirements.

    3) Periodic calling for feedback during warranty period: once or twice every year. Clients will be invited to give feedback on conditions and comments of our products, CCLPEC will collect all feedback and record it in user files, as reference information for future maintenance.

    4) CCLPEC provides lifelong maintenance services for products we sell.
